Overview

A few years before, a aged Criamon magi by the name of Tuono found a powerful regio (and high aura) on a lightning blasted, storm battered, rock extrusion on the ocean south east of Ithiko. The location had been occupied before, lastly by a monastery abandoned decades ago, but no lived there now. He had been by this location before in his travels, and the phenomenon didn't exist. He decided to found a covenant on the spot so he could study the aura and the regio.

Tuono traveled Harn gathering his cache's of books and recruiting magi and assistants from various covenant and cities in preperation for the covenant.

So, in the spring of 720 we see Tuono and his team of young magi arrive at the new site with some guards, a couple crates of books, labware, and other supplies.
