Having got bored again, I expanded Jar-Eel's description from MunchKin Quest, to reflect both my greater understanding of the RuneQuest system, my greater understanding of the Lunar Empire and to reflect her Runic Ties. For instance, even though Jar-Eel isn't the combatant that Harrek is, she should still have Strength and Vigour spells ready to be used, or the lack of Ressurect spells which for some reason I did not include in her original write-up, or that for a just few more Arts she could make full use of Lunar magic. Some portions of her write-up were also incorrect according to the rules (oops!). I also changed her gifts and geases to reflect the new ones given in the Yanafal Tarnils cult description.
Again, these are just unofficial and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

While all her weapon skills have been listed, Jar-Eel commonly only uses Moon Dancer.
Spells Cast: Assumes Full Moon (would cast Glowspot if need be). She has a Permanent collection spirit magic spells using her Lunar magical Art consisting of a multispelled reinforced 24 range 24 intensity 24 spell for Detect Foreigner, Detect Enemies, Moon Sight, Bladesharp 20, Parry 18, Countermagic 20, Strength 12, Vigour 16, Co-ordination 14 and Protection 16 giving her an overall Bladesharp 44, Parry 42, Protection 40, Countermagic 44, Strength 36, Vigour 40 and Co-ordination 38. Whilst the strength, vigour and co-ordination spells cannot increase her abilities too high, the high pointage makes them harder to dispel. This leaves her with 131 Presence to use on her companions. She casts Shield 12 before combat. She may cast Chaos Gift, Beserk and may even use Resist Pain. If in dire need she will use her Glowspot ability to both empower her Moonsword and allow her full access to her magic. If in contact with a road she will cast Roadstrength, increasing her base STR to 32 and her magically enhanced STR to 50, her damage bonus then becomes 3d6. Do not forget, her sword is permanently affected by Truesword.
She has a Held Dullblade 24 utilising her Lunar Arts, using multispell 24, range 24, reinforce 24 and force 24 as well. Using it she can effectively reduce a unit of soldiers to uselessness.

Special Items:
- "Moon Dancer", her enchanted short sword. It is a Moon Sword. It binds both her allied spirit, her cult magic spirit and a power spirit linked to the magic spirit. It is a matrix for bladesharp 10 and parry 9. It inflicts double damage once armour is penetrated to all males. It glows red when either undead or enemies approach within 100m. It flies at Move 15 at her command upto a range of 100m but cannot fight like this. On the HeroPlane the power of the cult manifests itself by making the Sword Powered.
- She wears a belt woven out of moonlight itself. When in Moonlight she is rendered Invisible as per the Annilla cult spell. It increases her DEX to 24 in times of stress (not included in skill modifiers, is included in her magic modifiers as they assume combat conditions which are, well, stressful).
- She carries a magical harp known as "Moon Song". When played it acts as a City Harmony spell to all Lunar citizens. It also contains a Rune Magic matrix for Dismiss magic 28. Whilst slung over her shoulder it grants an additional 10 AP's all over.
- A Moon necklalce with 37 glwing red stones. Worth at least 40,000L. It makes her immune to all poisons and disease.
- Carries a gift from the cult of Hwarin Dalthippa (see Harold Smith's cult description). It is a small ring, which whilst worn allows her to cast Roadstrength once per day.
- She wears enchanted iron plate. Armouring enchantments have been used on it to increase it to 21 ap's. The additional point comes from her Yanfal Tarnils gift.
- Has a crystal of the Red Goddess' blood. It is a combined spell enhancing and spirit resistance crystal of POW 14.
- Has a pair of magical shoes woven from moonlight. They are a skill matrix for Sneak. For every 10% above 40% the character has an additional 5% effective Sneak skill.
Divine heritage:
- As the new Inspiration of Moonson, Jar-Eel has a natural maximum POW of 30 (increased by then by her runic ties) and a naturally higher connection to the Moon rune.
- She is immune to the effects of Lunes.
- Once per day she can create a Glowspot around her with an effective radius of 5m that lasts for fifteen minutes. By expending one POW this Glowspot is increased to encompass a radius of POW metres.
HeroQuesting Powers:
- Embodies the Infinity Rune.
- Embodies the Harmony Rune. Can at the cost of no magic points and no actions stop the casting of any Harmony related magic within POW metres. No roll is required. Gods, demigods and dragons are beyond her scope. Her Harmony magic is always totally effective as best as possible, and never fails in any attempt to ressurect others. All Harmony magics she knows she can use as Heroic Castings. Harmony magic generally covers healing magic such as Heal, Heal Body, Heal Wound and Regrow Limb (for example).
- Is the Heroine leader of the Moonsword cult, and has access to 4 support points from her own personal Hero Cult, as well as 16 POW.
- Can cast Glamour 10 on herself at will and at no magic point cost. This increases her APP to 46. She rarely uses it, as such beauty distracts virtually everyone around her, and she prefers to save it.
- Regenerates POW hit points/round.
- She has been gifted by Yanfal Tarnils and Sever Spirit is reusable for her.
- She never ages.
- Any healing magic cast by Jar-Eel leaves no scars after she was taught the secret whisper by Erissa herself.
- Has touched the Chaoisum very briefly whilst instructed by Erissa herself. Once per year she can Restore any lost characeristics of anyone with POW metres.
- In moonlight, she can at will and no magic points cost cause a Shimmer equal to her POW to come into effect. If dispelled, it returns again on SR 1 of the next round.
- Has learnt the Red Dancers Dance, the Inner Circle Dance and the Dance of Seven Stars. The Red Dancers Dance can be used to Illuminate others, the Inner Circle Dance can be used (amongst other things) to give her the effect of a Precision Dance spell at the cost of 1 mp/round and the Dance of Seven Stars can be used to summon starfire (takes one hour, and summons one star elemental per point of POW expended).
- Can incarnate the Red Goddess for a short time given ritual preparation. This has little game effect (although it does increase her POW) and can really only be used for mystical purposes and rituals.
- Knows the rituals to open the path of Yanafal Tarnils home and summon forth companions from the Red Moon.
- Has carved a path on the Path of the Dead. When she dies she can Sneak away, and if she overcomes the guardians waiting for her she can escape to the Red Moon and live again.
- Once per day can double all attacks and parries for the period of one combat against personal enemies of the Lunar Empire. When she does this, however, she cannot cast any magic herself for the duration of the combat. She gained this power after completing the Quest of Iron and Will.
Runic Ties: The following powers are gained from Jar-Eels Runes. She has the ability to cast the following spells on SR 10 of every round as a free action and no magic point loss - Command Lune, Detect Truth, Dismiss Magic 4 although it only works on illusions, lying magic and other such magic connected to the Illusion rune, Disrupt, Heal Body, Mindblast and Regrow Limb. Has a permanent Truesword on Moon Dancer and a permanent Mobility 3 cast on herself (if either is dispelled it returns instantly by putting 1 MP per point of the spell into it). Has an additional 8 presence for maintaining magic related to the Death Rune, and an additional 4 presence for maintaining magic related to the Moon Rune. +8 APP, +7 INT, +36 POW.
Cult Gifts: +10% to all sword, dagger and spear attacks, +10% to parry with all swords, spears, shields and daggers, +70% in conceal, Increase all armour points of her armour by one.
Illumination Powers: Secret Knowledge, Ignore Passion Gaining, Sense Illumination, Immunity to Geasa, Teach Rashoranas Knowledge, Can Sacrifice for Rune Magic from any Lunar God on a one-use basis.
Note that Jar-Eel does not have all the powers of Illumination, and one or two not normally had.
