Character Generation Racial Tables

These tables are needed to create non-human character created using the non-random method of characteristic distribution from my character generation rules. To use this, every race has a small set of details telling you how to find out it's final statistics. First, spread your characteristics as normal. Then, for each statistic, look at the details given here - the stat will either be left unadjusted, you may have to add or minus a certain number or you may have to cross check the number on a chart and then add or minus a number. This sounds complicated. It isn't, honestly. In fact, it's very simple.

Example

Imagine creating a centaur. We assign the statistics so that before referring to the chart the centaur has STR 15, CON 14, SIZ 11, INT 11, POW 12, DEX 12, APP 12. In order, this is what happens to the statistics;

To STR we add six, so she has STR 21.

CON is as assigned and so remains as 14.

For SIZ, we cross reference 11 on Chart 2, to get a value of 14, then add twelve for a final value of 26.

For INT, we leave the value unadjusted, the same goes for POW and APP.

For DEX, we merely add three.

This leaves the centaur character with STR 21, CON 14, SIZ 26, INT 11, POW 12, DEX 15, APP 12.
